Chocolate and Olive Oil Cupcakes

Gluten free • Dairy free • Sugar free

Ingredients:
– 1 1/4 C Macadamia nut flour
– 1/4 C Coco powder
– 1/4 t bicarb
– 1/4 t baking powder
– 2 eggs
– 1/4 C Olive oil
– 1/4 C Soya milk (or any nut milk you like)
– 1/4 C honey

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C and grease a 6 hole muffin tray.
2. Combine flour, cocoa powder, Bicarb and baking powder together.
3. Next add the eggs, olive oil, milk and honey.
4. Combine the mixture well, spoon mix into the muffin trays and bake for 20 – 30 minutes (Depending on how strong your oven is).
5. Enjoy plain, with Avocado mousse or chocolate cashew cream.
